The Events Team

Headed up by Dominic Saunders, the Functions Manager.

Dominic joined LRC in March 2003. He has over 15 years experience as a catering manager including 7 years working on events at Earls Court & Olympia Exhibition Centres & outside catering functions. His experience includes spectaculars like the Brit Awards & the record breaking 9,400 cover Vodafone dinner in 1995. The most prestigous event to date that he personally ran was the VE Day celebrations in Hyde Park, including hospitality for the World Heads of State.
